Plagiarism Policy

Ki Hajar Dewantara Educational Journal (Jurnal KHD) is committed to upholding the highest standards of academic integrity and ethical publishing practices. We take plagiarism very seriously and ensure that all submitted manuscripts are thoroughly checked for originality.

Plagiarism is defined as the use of someone else's ideas, writings, or research findings without proper citation or acknowledgment. This includes, but is not limited to, copying and pasting text, data, images, or ideas from published works without appropriate referencing.

The following steps are taken to maintain the integrity of our publication process:

  1. Pre-Submission Screening: Authors are required to ensure that their work is original and properly referenced. Manuscripts will be checked for plagiarism using reliable plagiarism detection tools before the review process begins.
  2. Detection During Review: Manuscripts found to contain significant instances of plagiarism, self-plagiarism, or any form of unethical academic behavior will be rejected. Authors will be notified, and appropriate actions will be taken according to the severity of the case.
  3. Consequences of Plagiarism: Any detected plagiarism will result in the manuscript being rejected for publication. If plagiarism is discovered after publication, the article will be retracted, and the author(s) will be informed accordingly.

By submitting to Jurnal KHD, authors agree to comply with our plagiarism policy and ethical guidelines. We encourage authors to maintain transparency and accuracy in their work to ensure the credibility and reliability of academic publications.
